Facilities

School of Allied Health

The School of Allied Health offers a purpose-built school with 4 fully equipped practical rooms including one with specialised exercise equipment. All rooms are equipped with SMART boards, iPads and plinths for teaching and practice of clinical skills. There is also a newly built diagnostic imaging suite and access to a state of the art digital hub and access to the Anatomy Suite across all years of the degree programme.

School of Nursing and Midwifery

The Clinical Education Centre is a contemporary building which houses seminar rooms, extensive clinical skills laboratories, inter-professional Health Library and IT laboratories. This not only provides high-tech learning and teaching facilities, but also allows and encourages multi-disciplinary learning and team working.

School of Pharmacy and Bioengineering

The School of Pharmacy and Bioengineering is equipped with a clinical skills suite, 3D lecture theatre and digital health hub. This digital health hub facility uses the Keele Augmented Reality Environment (KARE) for patient simulation. This virtual patient programme lets students read through patient medical notes and decide on the correct treatment.
